ChannelContent Ltd a new "integrated content development" company has acquired the client relationships of Courseware Interactive Ltd. Niall Watts, Managing Director of Courseware Interactive, has taken up a position as Educational Technology Officer in University College, Dublin.

Commenting on the move Niall , said "I'm delighted that Courseware Interactive clients and business interests will continue to be supported by ChannelContent. I have known Dermot Rogers for over 20 years and know that the transition will be good for both of us and our clients".

ChannelContent was established in February this year by Dermot Rogers, who formerly founded and ran the specialist web and multimedia recruitment company NewMediaCV. Prior to that he worked with interactive media and digital content companies including Microsoft, Interactive Services, X-Communications and CBT Systems (now Skillsoft).

Commenting on the transition Dermot said "ChannelContent is pleased to add Courseware Interactive's clients to our portfolio. eLearning design and development is an important part of our approach to integrating content for effective business performance."

Originally both Niall Watts and Dermot Rogers took part in a 1983 government sponsored initiative in elearning that laid the foundation for the successful sector in Ireland.
